Wild Ride - 15x15

This is a puzzle I created well over a year ago that got rejected from the NYT, and I’ve sat on it ever since instead of submitting it elsewhere. While another publication might take it, when I looked at it again recently I didn’t want to let it go, so I’ve decided to let it stay here and roam wild on the Island. Given its title, that seems apt.
